Why we built this
Homecierge was built by frustrated homeowners — people who waited three days for a callback that never came, paid twice what they should have because they had no idea what was fair, or hired someone off a vague neighborhood recommendation only to regret it.
We're not a giant corporation trying to disrupt an industry from a boardroom. We're Dallas homeowners who got tired of the friction and decided to fix it — starting in our own backyard.
"Our goal is simple: make home maintenance feel less like a nightmare and more like ordering food. Effortless, transparent, and done."
Our goal
We want to be the operating system for homeownership — a single platform where finding, hiring, and paying a trusted home service professional is as easy as ordering a ride. No more Googling blindly. No more unreturned calls. No more wondering if you're being overcharged.
For service professionals, we want to be the platform that finally treats them with respect — no upfront fees, no race-to-the-bottom lead wars, just quality jobs from homeowners who value their work.
Where we're starting
We're launching in Dallas, Texas in 2026. We chose Dallas because it's one of the fastest-growing metro areas in the country, with a massive home services market and a community that values quality local businesses.
Our approach is hyper-local by design. We'd rather be the most trusted platform in one city than a mediocre one in fifty. Dallas first. Then the rest of Texas. Then everywhere.
Built by people like you
Every decision we make is filtered through one question: does this make life easier for the homeowner standing in a wet kitchen at 11pm? If the answer is yes, we build it. If not, we cut it.
We're building something we genuinely wish existed when we were the ones searching for help. We hope it shows.
