For homeowners & renters
Homecierge is a Dallas home-services app. You describe a problem once, and Homie — your personal home assistant — matches you with one vetted, available pro, shows you the price before anyone shows up, and handles booking and payment in one place. No phone tag, no bidding wars, no mystery invoices.
Three ways. One: you get one matched pro, not a flood of bids to vet yourself. Two: pricing is shown upfront, before the visit. Three: we stay in the booking — your payment is held securely until the work is done right, instead of disappearing the moment you're matched.
No. Renters are welcome. If it's where you live, Homecierge works for you.
Homie reads your request, confirms the details with you, and matches you to one vetted pro who's available in your area and right for the job. Usually in under a minute.
Joining is free. You see the pro's estimated price and a small platform fee upfront, before you confirm. No surprises after the job.
A deposit secures your booking and your time slot — it shows commitment on both sides. It's held securely and applied to your final bill. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
Your payment is held securely until you confirm the work is done right. If something's off, we're in the loop to help make it right — not gone after the match.

For pros
It's free to join. No subscription, no monthly fees.
Jobs come to you — matched, not chased. Each one arrives with the details, photos, and a deposit already in place, so you're quoting real work, not price-shoppers.
No. You're not buying leads or competing in a bidding war for them. You get matched to jobs that fit.
Payment is released when the job is marked complete. No chasing invoices.
A valid license (for trades that require one) and proof of insurance. We verify both before your first job — it's the standard that protects you and the customer.
Trust, payment & safety
Before a pro can take a job on Homecierge, they clear our entry checks — license and insurance verified by us, never self-reported, plus a background check on the person doing the work. The vetting is our job, not yours.
Yes. Your money is held securely and isn't released until you confirm the job is done right.
Not yet. We're going deep in Dallas–Fort Worth before we expand — local pros for local homes.
